RENOVATION LOG #7: Finalised Quotation

Happy and excited!

We met up with our designer on Monday, confirmed the art directions and finalised quotation!

The final amount sums up to $53k!

I can't imagine if Zen's paying of all these by himself!
Even if the renovated sums up to just $20k, the total expenses on his side would have been around $70k. Lucky Zen! Since I've been working for 5 years(coming this August), I can financially support in all expenses! I am fortunate to have him who always do forward planning.
Financial awareness is something we really have to teach the people around us.
