HDB: RIVERVALE DELTA KEY COLLECTION DAY

Zen and I had to take a half day leave to collect our keys to our new flat.
(excited)

This time round, instead of Zen papa, I got my dad to accompany us for the collection.
Since my dad drives, we managed to reach there on time after our half day work.
It has been 3 hectic week for us so it really helps to have our dad driving us there.

At the time we reached, there wasn't any time left for lunch so we headed straight to collect the keys. The appointment time was very accurate. We had a friendly staff serving us but our brains weren't really listening because we really had minimal sleep due to long OT hours throughout the 3 weeks.

Remember to bring your :
■IC
■Bank account number
■If you are under "Married child Priority Scheme(MCPS),
remember to bring along your parent's IC as well!

1 thing we didn't know is that after the signing and explaination of necessary details, we still had to head down to the 2nd and 3rd floor to get some documents and payment done.
After which, we had to head back up to the collection counter and complete the whole process.

18 keys will be given to you. If you have a balcony, there'll be more keys!
Each set would contain 3 keys, kept nicely in sleek black envelop-like bag.

The whole process took about 1h 15min. Hence, if yours is around lunchtime, please grab a bite if you don't want to starve!

    1. Hi! We have not step into the house yet because it was advised that we shouldn't step into a new house in the 7th month! Superstitious but...we better listen to the older generations (^o^")
